5. Payment & Refund Policy
Full payment is required before the session/service begins.
Due to the nature of spiritual work, all payments are final, and no refunds will be issued once a service has been performed.
Clients can reschedule Akashic readings with at least 24-48 hours’ notice.

6. Ethical Boundaries
We do not provide services to harm or manipulate others.
No readings or spiritual work will be done on third parties without their consent.
We do not handle medical diagnoses, legal disputes, pregnancy predictions, or financial investments.
